As promised on my Gisou review after 1 year: Is it worth the hype? post, I am now sharing my thoughts on this Gisou Propolis Infused Polishing Primer.
I live in Toronto, and it’s now officially raining season which means my hair is acting out again. The hair I am having lately is just untameable so I thought it was a perfect opportunity to give this primer a try.
Application
I followed the product instructions and applied a pea-size amount throughout my after shower wet hair. It is not an oily product and I fell I could add more if I wanted without compromising my clean hair (by compromising I mean getting it worst than when I washed it).
After applying the product, I used Tresemmé Thermal Creations Heat Tamer (my favorite heat protectant).
Results
I dried out my hair with a hair drier and used a flat iron to straighten.
I ended up having a similar result from using Color Wow Dream Coat Supernatural Spray when I wrote my Glass Hair Tutorial: How to get glass hair.
This gave me the idea of making a comparison of both products for another post.
