Summer weather has arrived sooner than expected so I decided to try this technique I found on the internet to achieve that hot bod … Continue reading Body Contouring with Self Tanner Tutorial
Hyped brands... you know how I feel about them. Expectations are always high and high expectations tend to become higher disappointments (sometimes). More are the hype brands I review that are just OK than the ones I feel live up to their internet famous name.
This is probably the first taboo topic I’ve ever written in this blog. Some of you must be reading this and thinking I went too far this time with my need to change beauty routine and toxic habits (yes, I think using deodorant was a toxic habit for me). Well, first please allow me to … Continue reading Armpits Detox: Here’s why I stopped wearing deodorant

When I decided that I'd like to achieve a mermaid look for Summer, the first thing on my mind was the fact that I was not going to commit to it, nor my hair color nor my hair health. That's when I found about hair makeup, hair color spray, hair color wax, hair chalk, color depositing masks, color depositing shampoos and permanent dye shampoos...
My makeup free look levels up thanks to this technique. It takes less than 15 minutes to apply, 1 to 3 hours to dry and the results last 1 week. One week that I save time in the morning by just applying a bb cream or... nothing if you may.
If you are into skincare, you know that Korean skincare runs in another league, way ahead of Western skincare products. It's been a year since I started taking my skincare game serious and it has evolved a lot since then. On this post I am showing you 3 indie makeup looks I created. I found the trick is to choose bold colors and creating a different eyeliner shape than what you’d normally choose. And don’t forget the freckles! The cutest the final look the better.
I am here to bring you a tutorial on how I create natural looking freckles and what product I used to make them stay flawlessly on my face during an entire day.
On this post, I will share with you all the steps I took to achieve visible results. And as always, some before and after pictures!
By watching K-dramas, I noticed that Koreans do their makeup flawlessly and it's very important for them that it looks as natural as possible. Needless to say that they believe skincare comes before makeup and that the secret of achieving a great makeup look is having a healthy skin (something I talk about a lot in this blog).
A year ago, I shared My favorite products from The Ordinary and some tips on how I used these products. I took some time during quarantine to learn about ingredients and their effect on my skin and I am proud to say that I have built a new regimen with my brand new quarantine-acquired knowledge. … Continue reading My “The Ordinary” Skincare – Updated
Contrary to my fashion taste, I have always been conservative with skincare matters. Needless to say, even hearing the word acid scared the 💩 out of me. As I mentioned on my previous post, I have grown to be very into skincare and on the way, I quickly learned that acid is the new Holy … Continue reading Using The Ordinary Mandelic Acid – Before and After
You all know that my days on quarantine have consisted mainly of typing on my laptop, recording Tik Toks, and running to the post office to send a package for a customer (btw if you are a Tropical Statement customer, thank you so so much for supporting my small business). I live in Toronto and … Continue reading Hair Clips Hairstyles
...instead of buying clothing, I've rather focused on self-care products. I think being enclosed for the past 2 months is our perfect excuse for a little splurge and we better use it, ladies.
I haven't been happy with my beauty routine lately despite the pretty well-reviewed skincare products I own. Many times, getting new products is not the solution. We often try to purchase the best beauty products but we forget about the daily habits that are having a long-lasting effect on our hair and skin.
I haven't been completely happy with my makeup and beauty routines lately. With all this free time we have on our hands, I've decided to explore and organize my makeup drawer and upgrade my whole makeup routine. It's time to get rid of products I am not completely happy with. I am a one-at-a-time product … Continue reading The Ultimate Makeup List by my BFF: Laura Cipponeri

Let’s be honest, there are 2 kind of woman: the one that wears the same jewelry everyday and the one that changes, mix and matches her accessories every.single.day. This post is made for both because no matter what, we all have more jewelry that we actually need and wear. Don’t put all the blame on … Continue reading How to organize your jewelry
Andrea 2.0 has arrived! New year, new me. All that BS splashed on me. I spent the last 2 months contemplating a change of hairstyle and everyone around me discouraged me from doing it. “Don’t do it, you are crazy”, “you’ll regret it"... As I was going thru an emotional rollercoaster (not because of a … Continue reading My New Haircut – Sharing My Mood Board
