Today I am posting my delicious go-to smoothie for de-bloating my belly and refreshing my mornings. This smoothie is so delicious you will want to drink it everyday.
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 cups pineapples
- Mint ( add to your taste)
- Splenda (add to your taste, try the pineapple first)
- Water 1 1/2 cup
